Insurance services offered by East Management in Bulgaria

Being an authorized agent of the State Insurance Institute (DZI) East Management provides diverse real estate insurances with a 5 % discount for the first year and a 10 % and 15 % discount for the years to come). The risks covered by the insurance are:

  • Fire -under this clause the insurer shall indemnify the insured for the complete loss or partial damage of the insured property as a result of: fire, lightning, explosion, collision or fall of navigated aircraft, its parts or cargo;
  • Arson - under this clause the insurer shall indemnify the insured for the complete loss or partial damage of the insured property as a result of fire deliberately caused by a third party(arson);
  • Calamities - under this clause the insurer shall indemnify the insured for the complete loss or partial damage of the insured property as a result of storm, hail, torrential rain, flood, damage by the weight of natural accumulation of snow and/or ice, frost;
  • Earthquake;
  • Leaking of water and steam - under this clause the insurer shall indemnify the insured for the complete loss or partial damage of the insured property as a result of: leakage of water and steam from pipelines and devices connected thereto;
  • Breakage of plate glass, advertising signs and plates;
  • Malicious acts of third parties - according to the agreement, an insurance protection is provided in case of malicious acts of third parties including malicious explosion, leading to destroying or damaging the property.
